He is also the founder of Trasers - a first-of-its-kind data company that provides digital transformation data + insights for business and IT leaders. Crossing the Digital Faultline- 10 Leadership Rules to Win in the Age of Digitalization & Uncertainty is Sri’s contribution to help streamline the efforts of business and IT leaders who are leading transformations, particularly those who are in traditional industries and companies.
Sri’s path into the world of technology has been anything but conventional. A graduate of the National Defence Academy, an elite academy for India’s armed forces officers, Sri served in the Infantry and Parachute Regiment – Special Forces. Transitioning into the corporate world, Sri was eventually led to USC Marshall School of Business, where he studied international business strategy at the IBEAR MBA Program, and where he is now a Corporate Advisory Board Member.
In 2001, Sri founded Trianz by applying the enriching experiences from his stints at Asian Paints, KPMG, and Cisco and concepts from his military background. More recently, Sri has taken the wisdom he gained from undertaking digital transformation firsthand to establish Trasers. Crossing the Digital Faultline is a culmination of Sri’s twenty-three years of experience in tech in the Silicon Valley, the insights from the Trasers data on transformations and Trianz’ partnerships with senior clients during their transformations.
Sri’s vision, strategy and execution has clearly paid dividends. Trianz is now positioned as an innovator by various industry analysts, a recipient of numerous awards and has been selected as one of “America’s Best Consulting Firms” by the Forbes Magazine for three consecutive years.
Although he believes they have a distance to go, Sri credits the extensive research for the choices the company has made for the strong resilience, uninterrupted client service and continued growth at Trianz - even through the COVID pandemic.
